Rules for Student Participation in Lessons on the Qlang Online Platform

1. General Provisions
 These Rules for Student Participation in Lessons on the Qlang Online Platform (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are mandatory for all users of the Platform.
 The purpose of these Rules is to ensure a comfortable, respectful, and productive learning environment for all participants in the educational process.

2. Core Principles
2.1. Punctuality and Responsibility
-       Students are encouraged to join lessons on time according to the established schedule.
-       If a Student cannot attend a lesson, they must notify the account-manager or Teacher in advance (no less than 6 hours before the lesson starts).

 2.2. Preparation for Lessons
-       Before the lesson starts, Students are recommended to ensure a stable internet connection, functioning headset, and operational equipment.
-       Completing homework and reviewing materials prior to the lesson is mandatory.

 2.3. Communication Etiquette and Respectful Behavior
-       Respectful communication with the teacher and other participants is required.
-       Interruptions, inappropriate, or offensive remarks are not allowed.
-       All recommendations from the teacher should be taken constructively and applied to improve learning outcomes.

 2.4. Environment and Learning Atmosphere
-   Students are advised to participate in lessons from a quiet place with a neutral background free of distractions.
-       It is recommended to minimize the presence of third parties, loud sounds, or distracting factors.
-   Students are encouraged to turn on their cameras to maintain interactivity and a conducive learning atmosphere.

2.5. Discipline and Focus
-      Lesson time should be used exclusively for educational purposes.

2.6. Feedback
-      Any suggestions or comments about the educational process must be expressed politely and constructively.

2.7. Compliance with Platform Rules
-      Recording lessons is allowed only with the teacher’s and Platform administration’s permission.
-      Students must respect copyright on provided materials.
-      The Platform must be used in accordance with its terms and intended purpose.
-      Participation by unregistered users is not permitted.

3. Measures for Rule Violations
First Violation: The teacher or manager informs the Student of the violation and provides recommendations for its correction.
Repeat Violation:The Platform administration issues an official warning to the Student.
Systematic Violations: In case of repeated non-compliance, the Student may be temporarily suspended or denied access to Platform services.
Serious Violations: Violations involving offensive behavior, confidentiality breaches, or gross non-compliance with the rules will be addressed by the Platform administration.

Possible measures include:
-       Immediate removal from lessons;
-       Temporary or permanent account suspension;
-       Termination of the service agreement.

 4. Final Provisions
These Rules come into effect upon the Student’s acceptance of the Platform’s terms of use. Violations of these Rules may result in disciplinary measures, up to and including denial of services.
The Platform administration reserves the following rights:
- To make changes to these Rules. Students will be notified of any changes in advance;
- To record lessons without prior notice, including monitoring lesson delivery via audio and video recordings. Recorded materials are used exclusively for administrative purposes and will not be disclosed to third parties.

If technical difficulties arise (for example, accessing the personal account), the Student is recommended to contact the technical support service of the Qlang online platform. To receive assistance, the Student should call or send a message via WhatsApp to +7 771 993 0808.

Confirmation of Agreement
Continued use of the Platform confirms the Student’s agreement to these Rules of Conduct.
